Clearing instructions

You must clean your natural stone regularly with soap and warm water. General cleaners should not be used as they can damage your stone and the sealer. These include products containing vinegar, lemon or any other acid or ammonia based cleaners such as Windex.

Please do not use abrasive cleansers or pads as they can scratch the surface. There are other products specially formulated for use on natural stone are available and are recommended. Products not specially formulated for use on natural stone should not be used as they may damage the surface by etching and discolouring, scratching the stone or damaging the sealer.
